Elder Law Month

With the population of Americans age 65 and older growing at an unprecedented rate, it is more important than ever to plan for the legal, health, and financial issues that affect older adults and their families. Elder law attorneys can assist with estate planning, long-term care planning, Medicaid and Medicare, Social Security benefits, tax planning, preservation/transfer of assets, disability planning, and many other legal matters.

Elder law attorneys throughout the country are observing National Elder Law Month by providing public seminars, law clinics, and other educational activities that will benefit the community.
