Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body

On January 21st from 1:00-2:00 PM there is a Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body zoom event presented by the Alzheimer’s Association. Learn about research about diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement.
