Labcon Conference

Kim and Rebecca went to Chicago a couple of weeks ago to a legal management conference called LabCon run by Lawyerist. At LabCon, they spent time working out operational policies, job descriptions, discussing KPIs, ways to give constructive feedback and more! The premise of Lawyerist is based on the Small Firm Roadmap. We came back energized and full of new ideas to bring our firm to the next level!
